The 2009 37th Frame exhibition has been judged and is now ready to print. This year, a small group of professional judges from the Raleigh News and Observer and the Durham Herald-Sun sifted through more than 500 single images and 23 photo stories. Ultimately, 50 single images and 4 stories were selected to represent the Best of Carolina Photojournalism this year. The exhibit will be jointly displayed at the FedEx Global Education Center and at the School of Journalism. The show will open on April 7 (expect details about the reception soon.) However, before we can start celebrating another great year, we need volunteer printers to step forward to get this exhibit ready.
